Alie Bernard Garza, LCSW
Founder
Alie Bernard Garza, LCSW (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with deep experience treating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, and related challenges in adolescents, young adults, and families. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Washington and has worked across all levels of care—including outpatient therapy, IOP, PHP, residential treatment, and community-based services.
Alie has held clinical and program development roles at the Portland Anxiety Clinic, the OCD Institute Texas (formerly McLean OCD Institute Houston), and the University of Colorado Anschutz’s OCD Clinic. She is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD, and SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), a parent-based model for childhood and adolescent anxiety. She also brings strong experience in crisis intervention and suicide prevention, supporting families through acute distress and major care transitions with a collaborative, steady presence.
As an Advocate with the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), Alie works to expand access to evidence-based treatment, reduce stigma—especially around taboo and misunderstood OCD themes—and support clinician education nationwide.
Her work is grounded not only in clinical expertise but also in lived experience. After over 15 years misdiagnosed and untreated for OCD, she is committed to ensuring others receive timely, compassionate care. Raised in Boulder County, Colorado, Alie brings local insight, national expertise, and a elational, person-centered approach to her work. Her mission is rooted in clarity, connection, and hope—helping families reclaim their lives from OCD and anxiety through evidence-based support and genuine partnership.

Emmett Wells, LCSW
Program Manager
Emmett Wells is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly a decade of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care across a range of clinical settings, including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient therapy. He earned his Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan.
Throughout his career, Emmett has served in a variety of leadership and clinical roles, including several Clinical Director positions where he developed, implemented, and supervised programming for residential, PHP, and IOP levels of care. His experience includes building and leading clinical programs designed to provide safe, effective, and compassionate care. He has a strong background in developing supportive teams of therapists and ensuring that programs meet the highest standards of quality and ethics.
Emmett’s therapeutic approach is grounded in holistic and strengths-based care—recognizing that healing involves the mind, body, and spirit. He values collaboration with families and believes that meaningful, lasting change happens when clients feel seen, supported, and empowered within their systems of care.
Outside of work, Emmett enjoys spending time with his family, walking his dog, and reading.

Colleen Farnsworth, CSWC
Clinician
Colleen Farnsworth, CSWC, is a clinician who brings compassionate, affirming care to individuals of all backgrounds—especially those who are neurodivergent, queer-identifying, or working through eating disorders. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from The Ohio State University in 2017 and completed her Master of Social Work at the University of Denver in 2023.
With clinical specializations in eating disorders, LGBTQ+ issues, and neurodiversity, Colleen uses evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in finding resilience, self-acceptance, and hope. Having her own lived experience as a queer-identifying, neurodivergent person informs her practice, deepening her understanding of identity, intersectionality, and what it means to create a truly safe environment.
Her professional motto—to be “a listener, a leader, and a radical believer in the value of human life”—guides every interaction. Colleen believes that healing begins when people feel heard, empowered, and recognized.
Outside of work, Colleen enjoys spending time with her wife and two dogs, Callie and Georgia, as well as cooking and crafting.

Sasha Pontejos, LSW
Clinician
Sasha is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with experience supporting adolescents and families in inpatient, PHP, and IOP settings as a case manager and group therapist. Sasha approaches therapy using collaboration, compassion, and recognizing the importance of individualizing care to meet each client’s unique needs.
Sasha’s clinical work draws from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and art-based modalities. She works with clients in building skills, increasing self-awareness, and finding meaningful, realistic steps toward growth and healing.
As a Mexican and Puerto Rican clinician, she strives to create an inclusive, affirming space for all individuals and families. Sasha deeply values empathy, kindness, and accountability in both her personal and professional life.
Outside of work, Sasha is a very family-oriented person who enjoys spending time with friends and loved ones. You can find her recharging through connection, laughter, and favorite form of self-care—Zumba! -

Payge Wyman, LSW
Clinician
Payge Wyman is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) originally from Kansas City, MO that uses her lived experiences to guide compassionate care with her clients. She earned her Bachelor of Psychology, with a focus in cognitive neuroscience, from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2017 and her Master of Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2025.
Since 2017, she has held a variety of behavioral health positions across Colorado, worked in various settings, and has gained experience working with a spectrum of ages and skill profiles. As an autistic, queer, and disabled individual, Payge loves giving back to the community through experiential therapeutic relationships with individuals under the neurodivergent umbrella and hopes to play a part in facilitating each person's growth and empowerment.
Payge prides herself in drawing from an eclectic background to consider all the bio-psycho-social-spiritual aspects related to the human experience when working with an individual or family. She uses an individualized strengths-based approach to assess, intervene, and evaluate outcomes on an ongoing basis to maintain focus on providing high-quality and ethical services from a person-centered paradigm.
Her professional specialty and interest areas are trauma-assumed care, LGBT+ populations, experiential techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), comorbid depression and anxiety, multicultural issues, advocacy and social justice, and culturally responsive analysis and intervention. She has worked with clients of all ages and many different needs profiles, but finds it most rewarding working with teens and transition-aged youth between the ages of 12 and 25.
Outside of work, Payge enjoys playing various types of video games, going to the mountains, and spending time with her family and friends. Some of her favorite things to discuss and learn about are dragons, video games, social science theories, TV and movie history, and animals. Her personal values are inclusion, dynamism, equity, authenticity, virtuosity, and integrity.

Renee Martin, B.S.
Clinical Support Specialist
Renee earned her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from Husson University. She is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling with Walden University. Her interest in psychology began in high school when she took a human development class that covered Carl Jung's analytical psychology theories. She went on to earn her Associates of Arts in Psychology from Fresno City Community College.
Renee has held roles in behavioral health and case management at the residential level of care for adolescents in recovery from eating disorders. Her skills include crisis intervention, milieu management, admission and discharge planning, referral management, and delivering assessments. She specializes in the adolescent (10 - 22) population with a passion for delivering empathetic care for both the client and their family, ensuring a smooth transition between care levels.
When not at work, Renee enjoys hiking and traveling. She has lived in California, North Carolina, Minnesota, and Colorado. This unique experience has given her skills in interacting with diverse populations and has given her an amazing set of travel recommendations!

Mariah Percy
Clinical Support Specialist
Mariah is pursuing her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She plans to continue her education in Healthcare Administration to bring clinical and leadership expertise to treatment settings. She has experience supporting adolescents in recovery and at-risk youth, working in residential and partial hospitalization programs, providing milieu support, group facilitation, academic coordination, crisis intervention, and case management. These experiences have strengthened her commitment to combining clinical insight with organizational leadership to improve access and quality of care in behavioral health.
Mariah is passionate about working with adolescents navigating complex disorders, anxiety, and identity development. She values creating spaces where people can explore their authentic selves while developing the skills needed for long-term recovery. Her work is guided by empathy, social justice, and body positivity, and she is a committed ally to the LGBTQIA+ community. She strives to approach each client with curiosity and respect, recognizing the importance of culture, community, and lived experience in shaping resilience. Mariah is dedicated to creating inclusive, empowering environments where clients feel seen, valued, and supported in their recovery journey, and she hopes to expand this mission through direct care and program development in the future.
Outside of work and school, Mariah enjoys going to the movies and using films to relax and connect with others. She also loves traveling and learning from new places and cultures, experiences that have shaped her perspective on diversity and belonging. While she enjoys being outdoors, she gravitates toward approachable activities like leisurely walks or peaceful time in nature rather than strenuous hikes. At home, Mariah loves spending time with her dog, Butler, whose presence is a constant source of joy and balance in her busy life.

Scott Prosser, B.S.
Education/Academic Consultant
Scott is an academic mentor dedicated to helping students cultivate self-awareness, confidence, and personal growth. His approach blends academic excellence with emotional and intuitive development, creating a supportive space where both neurotypical and neurodivergent learners can thrive. He specializes in working with twice-exceptional, gifted, highly sensitive students, and those navigating mild autism, ADHD, or test anxiety. He also supports traveling athletes and students with nontraditional schedules, offering consistent, flexible mentorship.
Scott began his journey as a STEM tutor in high school and holds a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He later completed a Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Med program at Harvard University, where he served as a teaching assistant in the Biology Department. He went on to become Chief Education Officer at a specialized tutoring organization in Greater Boston, where he led mentorship and curriculum development. Scott has supported students from top-tier universities and private schools, including Harvard, Brown, Carnegie Mellon, Phillips Exeter, Roxbury Latin, and Commonwealth School. His international work includes mentoring students from China, Japan, Denmark, Russia, Ukraine, Germany, and Spain.
At OCD & Anxiety Colorado, Scott offers personalized academic support tailored to each student’s unique strengths, challenges, and goals. Whether students seek enrichment, subject-specific help, or a more intuitive path to learning, Scott meets them where they are. His guidance fosters confidence, self-understanding, and deeper connection to personal purpose. He believes every student deserves an education that honors their individuality and nurtures both intellect and inner wisdom.

Paulina Pei, MS, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Paulina is a passionate pediatric occupational therapist dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and their families through a holistic, neurodiverse-affirming approach. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Aquinas College and a Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Specializing in sensory processing and integration therapy, Paulina is certified with the STAR Institute Proficiency Certificate Level 1 and has received extensive training and mentorship in sensory integration techniques. Her clinical experience is rooted in the DIR/Floortime model, gained through work in outpatient pediatric settings in both Chicago and Italy. She also holds an Advanced DIR/Floortime Certificate, focusing on caregiver coaching, relational strategies, and promoting social-emotional development.
Paulina is committed to recognizing and valuing the unique differences of each individual and their family, empowering them to engage fully in meaningful activities. In her free time, she enjoys rock climbing, skiing, and finding the best food in Denver!

Dr. Stacy Greeter
Psychiatrist
Stacy Greeter, MD (she/her) is double board certified in both child/adolescent and adult psychiatry and owns a group psychiatric practice in Sarasota, FL. She speaks from both her lived experience as an autistic, ADHD, and OCD individual and as a clinician. Dr. Greeter graduated Summa Cum Lade from Duke University and went on to University of North Carolina School of Medicine on a full scholarship.
Dr. Greeter completed her residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and continued there to complete her subspecialty fellowship in child/adolescent psychiatry. However, that is only where her learning began, as Dr. Greeter is an avid self-directed learner with an insatiable curiosity and infectious enthusiasm for her work. She believes in cross-pollination of knowledge between disciplines, creating space for safe candid conversations on controversial mental health issues, and runs a multi-disciplinary mental health professionals book club.
Dr. Greeter teaches at Lake Erie College of Medicine and Florida State University, is on the board of directors for Autism Career Pathways, and in leadership at Autistic Doctors International. Dr. Greeter uses metaphors from fantasy universes such as Star Wars, Harry Potter, and Lord of the Rings to make psychiatric concepts accessible and engaging through her educational Psychiatry Bootcamp series.

Bethany Martin, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Bethany is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in child/adolescent and adult psychiatry.
Bethany strives to help her patients reach their goals for their mental health by utilizing a collaborative approach. She is attentive to each of her patient’s concerns and aims to communicate clear treatment plans and objectives to ensure these needs are met. She has a background in Molecular Medicine and has a passion for staying informed on the latest developments in psychiatric research and treatments.
Bethany is currently seeing patients in-person at our Tampa office or virtually via telepsychiatry. She works under the direct supervision of Stacy Greeter, MD, board certified child/adolescent and adult psychiatrist.
Bethany earned her Master's of Physician Assistant Science at Gannon University. She also holds a Master's of Science in Molecular Medicine from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Auburn University.
