Parent Support Group

Mondays, 5:30–6:30 PM MT

Virtual $35/session

A supportive space for parents of children, teens, and adults with OCD and anxiety. Connect with others, share experiences, learn strategies, and feel less alone.

Executive Function Group for Young Adults (18–25)

Tuesdays, 3-4 PM

In-Person, $50/session

Anxie-D&D (Dungeons & Dragons)

Wednesdays, 4:30–6:30 PM

In-Person, $100/session

Blending the imaginative world of Dungeons & Dragons with evidence-based therapy, Anxie-D&D helps teens build resilience, practice exposures, and develop social confidence. Through collaborative gameplay and guided therapeutic support, participants gain tools for managing OCD, Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, and related challenges—while adventuring together in a safe, fun, and creative environment.
