  • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured, evidence-based treatment designed for individuals experiencing obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety-related disorders.

The IOP Sessions are three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM MST—emphasizing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), cognitive-behavioral strategies, and skills training.

  • We offer 55-minute individual therapy sessions tailored to adolescents and young adults navigating OCD and Anxiety-related disorders, including social anxiety, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, etc. Each session includes targeted, evidence-based support—like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)—as well as regular check-ins to review progress, update goals, and address any challenges that arise along the way.

  • Using the evidence-based SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) approach, our 55-minute sessions support parents of adolescents and young adults with OCD and related disorders. Sessions may include parents alone or together with their child, depending on treatment needs. We focus on treatment goals, progress updates, and practical strategies for reducing family accommodation and supporting your child’s progress at home—all within a compassionate, collaborative framework.

  • Our outpatients group sessions provide targeted support for teens, parents, and other specific populations navigating OCD and related disorders. Groups offer a structured, supportive environment to build skills, share experiences, and reduce isolation. Each group is designed around the unique needs of its members—whether that’s teens working on exposure goals, parents learning to reduce accommodation, or others seeking community and tools for change.

  • Our 55-minute sessions with our education specialist, Scott, provide personalized academic support and executive function coaching for adolescents and young adults. Designed for both neurotypical and neurodivergent learners—including twice-exceptional, gifted, highly sensitive students, and those navigating mild autism, ADHD, or test anxiety—these sessions combine a strong academic foundation with a holistic, student-centered approach. Support goes beyond traditional tutoring, offering a blend of subject-specific guidance, emotional insight, and practical strategies for organization, time management, and motivation—helping students thrive both in and out of the classroom.

  • Our 55-minute occupational therapy sessions are led by Paulina, an OT specializing in sensory processing and integration. Certified with the STAR Institute Proficiency Certificate (Level 1) and extensively trained in sensory integration techniques, she focuses on caregiver coaching, relational strategies, and supporting social-emotional development. Sessions are personalized to help clients better understand and regulate their sensory experiences, build meaningful connections, and develop the skills needed to thrive in daily life.
