Our Services:
-

Individual Therapy
We offer 55-minute in-person sessions (at our clinic in Louisville), in-home sessions (within 15 miles of the clinic), and telehealth individual therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and adults. Our sessions provide evidence-based care tailored to OCD and related disorders, including social anxiety, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), trichotillomania (hair pulling), and excoriation disorder (skin picking). Each session includes targeted, evidence-based support—like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)—as well as regular check-ins to review progress, update goals, and address any challenges that arise along the way.

Family Therapy & Parent Coaching
We offer 55-minute in-office (in Lousiville), in-home (within 15 miles of clinic) and telehealth family therapy sessions or parent coaching, using the evidence-based modality from the Yale Child Center - SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions). Our 55-minute sessions support parents of adolescents and young adults with OCD and related disorders.
Sessions may include parents alone or together with their child, depending on treatment needs. We focus on treatment goals, progress updates, and practical strategies for reducing family accommodation and supporting your child’s progress at home—all within a compassionate, collaborative framework.
-

Outpatient Groups
Our 55-minute to 120-minute outpatient group sessions provide targeted support for teens, parents, and other specific populations navigating OCD and related disorders. Groups offer a structured, supportive environment to build skills, share experiences, and reduce isolation. Each group is designed around the unique needs of its members—whether that’s teens working on exposure goals, parents learning to reduce accommodation, or others seeking community and tools for change.
-

Education/Academic Support
Our 55-minute sessions with our education specialist, Scott Prosser, provide personalized academic support and executive function coaching for adolescents and young adults. Designed for both neurotypical and neurodivergent learners—including twice-exceptional, gifted, highly sensitive students, and those navigating mild autism, ADHD, or test anxiety—these sessions combine a strong academic foundation with a holistic, student-centered approach. Support goes beyond traditional tutoring, offering a blend of subject-specific guidance, emotional insight, and practical strategies for organization, time management, and motivation—helping students thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
OCD & Anxiety Colorado’s Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are specialized, evidence-based programs for adolescents ages 12–17 and young adults ages 17 through their 30s struggling with OCD and anxiety disorders.
Our neurodivergent-affirming IOP is grounded in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and includes peer connection, goal setting, psychoeducation, clinician-supported exposures, and process time throughout our 3-hour sessions. Alongside IOP, each patient participates in a weekly individual therapy session with their assigned clinician to develop targeted, personalized goals and individualized treatment plans.
We also offer wraparound services, including family therapy, Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE)-based parent support, medication management, occupational therapy, and academic support.
Our Adolescent IOP (ages 12–17) meets Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 12:00–3:00 PM, with individualized care coordinated around each family’s needs. Our Young Adult IOP (ages 17–30s) meets Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 4:00–7:00 PM.
With small group sizes, collaborative treatment planning, individualized care, and a strong emphasis on aftercare, our IOPs empower young people and their families to build the skills needed for sustainable, long-term recovery.
