OCD&D: Therapy Meets Adventure

Step into a world where healing and imagination collide. OCD&D is a therapeutic Dungeons & Dragons group that blends gameplay with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, the gold-standard treatment for OCD and anxiety. Led by Kat Dicken, LSW, this group makes evidence-based therapy engaging, accessible, and fun—perfect for teens and young adults navigating OCD, Social Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety, and more.

• Day/Time: Wednesdays, 4:00–6:00 PM

• Location: In-person in Louisville, Colorado

• Cost: $100 per 2-hour group

• Ages: 16–22

Participants can also work with Kat individually or join our Adolescent and Young Adult IOP at OCD & Anxiety Colorado for more comprehensive support.
