OCD & Anxiety Colorado

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Teens

Empowering Teens & Supporting Families with Evidence-Based, Neurodivergent-Affirming, Family-Centered Care

When a teen struggles with OCD or anxiety, the whole family feels it.

At OCD & Anxiety Colorado, we offer a specialized Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adolescents (ages 12–18) experiencing OCD, anxiety disorders, and school-related challenges.

Our program is built on evidence-based treatment, neurodivergent-affirming care, and deep family involvement.

“My whole life I’ve been telling myself - don’t be afraid. And it is only now I’m realizing how stupid that is. Don’t be afraid. Like saying ‘don’t move out of the way when someone tries to punch you’ or ‘don’t flinch at the heat of the fire’ or ‘don’t blink’. Don’t be human. I’m afraid and you’re afraid and we’re all going to be afraid. That’s the point. What I should be telling myself is - be afraid and do it anyway. Live anyway.” - Unknown
